Mukoun Company is executing the Ready-Built Factories Project in Sudair Industrial City, one of the logistics developments for Abr Al-Mamlakah Company, located on land owned by the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON). The project includes the construction of 86 ready-built factories on a total land area of 98,007 square meters, with a built-up area of 67,970 square meters, utilizing modern technologies and ensuring full compliance with safety and Civil Defense regulations.
